My mission is to provide accurate and timely land surveys for my clients.

I am a life long resident of Stratford, CT and have been working in the field of land surveying since 1983. I started my family owned and operated company in 1997.

I service Fairfield and New Haven Counties.

  • Boundary Staking - For installing fences or walls along property lines.

  • Elevation Certificate - For flood zone determination.

  • LOMA (Letter Of Map Amendment) - For application to FEMA to be removed from a flood zone.

  • Topographical Surveys - For sight plan development associated with regrading, storm and sewer drainage.

  • Zoning Location Survey - For new construction or addition to existing buildings.
